Experience the Salt & Seafood Dinner – a one-night event at Summer Salt on Wednesday 29 October. Enjoy a six-course sharing menu with four matching wines, designed to highlight fresh local seafood with refined, seasonal flavours

Highlights include oysters with red wine mignonette, prawn and corn croquettes, yellow fin tuna tartare, pink snapper crudo, crab and sea urchin cassarece, Cone Bay barramundi, and a decadent Valrhona chocolate tart. Each course is paired with premium wines from Australia, France, and Italy.
